It's Official: If Fidel Isn't Already Dead...

He's terminal without serious hope of recovery. Note the artful phrasing describing Raul's accession to power: "The word transition does not exist in the vocabulary of Cubans here..."

    Come on, Philo!

    Fidel died/will die sometime after his 80th birthday on August 13! He was/will be completely alert and happy, still offering advice to his brother Raul, right up until the time he passed/will pass peacefully.
